Tinker Omega Sinto LLC, the Springfield, Ohio, USA supplier of processing equipment for chemically bonded sand, has been consolidated with the Sinto America Group under the Roberts Sinto operation in Grand Ledge, Michigan, at the beginning of January 2025. The news was announced by company president Wil Tinker.
Tinker Omega was formed as a partnership in 2001 by Tinker and Mark Fenyes of Omega Foundry Machinery Ltd. in Peterborough, England. The partnership was the first Omega Foundry Machinery’s international JVs and acquisitions.
Tinker Omega has been consolidated into Sinto America and will be known as Tinker Omega Sinto in future
Sinto America Inc. is the North American holding company for Roberts Sinto Corp., Roberts Sinto de Mexico, National Peening, Technical Metal Finishing, Frohn North America and 3D Ceram Sinto Inc. It is wholly owned by Sintokogio Ltd., Japan.
After January 1, incoming orders for equipment and parts will be manufactured and supplied from the Michigan operation, maintaining the Tinker Omega Sinto brand and supported by the current sales team for the Tinker Omega product lines and spare parts. The Ohio operation will continue as a sales and engineering office for the brand.
